Winston Wilson
My name is Winston Wilson. I’m 27 years old and I’ve been incarcerated for a year and have a couple left. I’m from Minneapolis but I was residing in Wisconsin at the time of my incarceration. As for my interests, I enjoy playing chess, reading, writing, studying, learning new things as well as working out. I’m a laid back individual and like to stay stress and drama free.
What I’m looking for in someone to correspond with is honesty, maturity, drama free, and can hold an intelligent conversation. I consider myself pretty well rounded, discussing or learning about many different things and topics. If interested in getting to know me better, don’t hesitate to write.

Am seeking a friend with a strong personality, who understands misfortune and the misguided. I am only seeking friendship, but am willing to go further if God points us in that direction. I see things with an open mind and would like a person who does the same. Physical appearance is not a necessity, I believe God gives us all something somebody else can love.
About me:
My name is Rosario Fuentez, most people call me Zoe for short. Am currently incarcerated due to unfortunate circumstances. I have been incarcerated for 2 ½ years. I am a very easy going person with a personality that oversteps boundaries and barriers. I am a firm believer in honesty and respect. I stand by every decision I made in life, either wrong or right. I have no regrets in living how others are afraid to. I like to explore friendships to the peek of its existance. If you’re looking to explore, then please don’t be afraid to live.

Steve York Harper
Steven York Harper #26449
Newberry Correctional Facility
3001 newberry Avenue
Newberry, MI 49868
Hello,
My name is Steven York Harper, and I'm looking to meet some intelligent, attractive women of all ages prior to my up-coming release from the department of corrections. So, with your kind permission I'd like to tell you a little about myself:
First Off, I'm hardly your average prisoner, I was the head dancer of a male revenue first known as "THRILLER", and later as "FOURPLAY" from 1980 -1987. I sing, and was signed to a three year Nashville recording contract (country music). I'm a certified in massage, fitness, nutrition, and acupuncture.
I'm physically fit, and look and feel much younger than my chronological age (see photos). I stand 6 foot, weighing a healthy 190 Ibs, with a 44" Chest, 34" Waist, and 16" Arms. I enjoy Counrty music, Elvis, Suits and ties, Dinning out, Romance, Dancing, Motorcycles, and Sports & Muscle cars. Having owned two Corvettes, a Lotus, and a number of Jaguars, including my last car, a Jaguar XJS V12. I love the ocean, and plan on relocating back to either California, or possibly Hawaii?
I am one of the highest ranked, non-Asian Martial Arts in the United States Today! With over 20-years of practical experience as a full time Aikido Instructor, having taught classes all over the country. Training Men, Women, Children, Police, U.S. Marines, and even Special Forces! Earning $500.00 an hour for private lessons, teaching various executives and celebrities. I've also taught countless Anti-Rape classes, Seminars, and Crash Courses across the Nation! I've been written up in newspapers for coming to the aid of others. I offered FREE classes to under privileged children, and the elderly.
I'm currently serving a 10-30 year sentence for "Pandering." This is the politically correct way of saying I was a pimp. Which I assure you, I was NOT! The truth is somewhat of a long story, but one I'll gladly share should you be interested? I am currently awaiting release to a federal detainer, where I may have to serve upto one more year. Though, I doubt that. I fully expect to be on the streets within the next few months. I look forward to rebuilding my life, and once again being a productive member of society. I love teaching, and helping others. I tell you all of this to give you a better idea as to who, and what I am. As I want you to be as comfortable as possible, should you decide to start corresponding with me.
I look forward to hearing from you.

In life we all make mistakes – we choose a path which at first seems to be the right one – However, half way through the walk you realize you were so very wrong – It’s not how you lose but how you pick yourself up and dust off –
This, you, are my new road –
Don’t worry about pot holes or sharp turns - I’m a straight shot – honest, loyal, no games or drama – just one human looking to meet another who loves life, laughing, music and is willing to risk a little in order to get a lot. Are you her? If so, take my hand and let’s start the journey of friendship-

What can I say as an introduction to who I am, that in your thoughts will set me apart? What can I say that will peek your interest and make you feel that starting a friendship will be worth the start? Now I can be bland, you know, average and describe the color of my eyes, weight, and height; but what would be the fun in that right. I can be sweet and kind. I can be cruel and bitter; that's something to consider. But unlike beauty something that won't fade with time is a friendship with me.

Hi,
My name is John but everybody calls me Jay since I can remember ( there were three other Johns in my family). I live in a small resort town outside Ashville, NC in an area known as the ”Land of the Waterfalls”. It is a stunningly beautiful region that continues to amaze me even after living there for over twenty years.
I’m a 46 year old white male, 6’3”, 180 lbs. I enjoy mountain biking, back packing, whitewater and occasionally snow skiing. I’m serving an 80 month sentence for felony larceny and some lesser drug offenses- a sentence I’m about half way through. I’m now a a small minimum custody center waiting to begin the spring semester of a year -long electrical writing program, after which I hope to spend my last 24 months on work release.
Guess it would be easier to describe what I miss rather than what I like. I miss sunsets and sunrises, I miss dog collars jingling when I slam the car door. I miss watching thunder storms form my front porch, the smell of freshly turned earth and the smell of tomato leaves. I miss the smell of coffee brewing when I step out of the shower in the morning. I miss driving down a dirt road or hiking down an unmarked trail simply because I don’t know where it goes. I miss the ability to get away.
I hope to hear from anyone who wants to write.

I am a 24 year old male with blond hair and blue eyes. I grew up in LaCrosse, WI, where my brother and I were raised by our mother. I spent many long days babysitting my brother while my mother worked 13 hour days 5-6 days a week. This was hard on a young boy not being able to be out with friends and stuck inside all the time.
I was never really close to my mother until I got older. I grew up with a lot of anger in my heart. I think all that anger led me to a life of crime. I’ve had a few jobs but they never lasted long.

My name is Jared Fischer. I’m a 34year old white male that has been incarcerated since 5/04 and have just under 23 years left to go. The majority of my time stems from stabbing a police officer –the rest followed as a night of bad choices ran out of control. I have reservations about going into it further at this time as it is hard to understand how a person can do something like this unless you have been in a similar situation. I have no illusions about my crime, there is no one to blame but myself. I have accepted full responsibility for my crime and now find myself on a hopeful path to a better tomorrow.
Since my incarceration I have bettered myself by finally following through with my HSED and some vocational courses- I’m also trying to reestablish my faith in a god that I feel has ultimately left me behind. I’m finally to a point where I realize it is okay to reach out again and open , myself up to some else-always taking a chance. Because, to me , it is taking a chance.
You see, I was raised with an abusive father and ion our home there was no closeness, or real family values at all or anything of a normal nature. That being said, any relationship I entered into, whether it was friendship or otherwise, I was more “passionate” about it-always trying to find that ”closeness” that I lacked growing up, but in the end I am always the one loving or caring too much, always the one ending up getting hurt.
This chance is mine to take and I am doing so because I need someone that I can just talk to, someone that can look beyond the bars that I sit behind and see me as the person I am. I am lonely and alone and feel I have so much to offer to that person who is willing to take a chance and extend a hand in friendship. I guess I am saying I am so much more than a number, I’m a person that puts real value on companionship. If you are willing to take the chance and the time on a n interestingly unique type of friendship,, hen please write to the address listed above. I will be waiting.

I have more than a passing interest in the struggle and how it effects prison life, whether bit be improvements in living conditions, resolutions for abuse and/or prisoner rehabilitation. I’m in my 23rd year of incarceration but the longevity does not decrease my love of life. I love everything about life, the joys, the struggles, the familiar, , the new, the hope of understanding some of life’s mysteries. I’m in administrative segregation, have been for three months and I’m at a prison that has the distinction of being the only prison in America and possible the world, that has its death row prisoners in all parts of the general population :they cell , eat, rec with general population prisoners. Potosi is about 40 miles south of Saint Louis in a VERY rural area, The prison, PCC, is so rural that it has only had 6 Black officers presents several problems-if you’d like, I could share some very interesting stories.
Since I am in ad seg and have no access to a typewriter, I will submit a poem everyone seems to like.
Goddess of the Ocean
You came into m life so suddenly it seems,
You took me through reality, then placed me in a dream.
I woke reaching for you only to find that you had gone.
You revealed to me your mystical charms and then left me all alone.
My mind was in a cloud high above the world,
Soaring like an eagle because you were my special girl.
I never thought a man like me could fall from just one glance,
But now I’m caught up so deeply cause I dared to take a chance
I thought I was the captain and ruler of my destiny
But I as a mere tow-a -way on a lost and lonely sea,
My heart was shipwrecked on a dark and desolate land
I had no will, no future, not even a simple plan,
My soul was wondering with no course or direction
Seeking for warmth, shelter, or just any kind of protection,
It’s so strange how you entered my life when there was no open door
But then I saw you coming from off a distant shore.
I tried to introduce myself and tell you why I was there,
But you placed your hands on my lips and whispered you didn’t care.
You said you already knew me fro you had watched for many -a –day,
You knew my name, my past and the troubles that caused me to stray
I never dreamt someone like you could care for me so much
But you erased all my doubts with your smile and intimate touch.
I thought you’d always be with me and I forever you man
But the only thing you left me were our footprints I the sand
I try to remember the things you taught me about life and what it will unfold
But the only thing that comes to focus is the woman I long to hold.
Now my mind tells me its all a dream, made real my confused emotions
But my heart says that you’re out there, somewhere,
My lady, my Queen, My Goddess of the Ocean

I think that this prison eats your life. Like I feel is this role of this
lifetime looks here to be forever. Here you can see the same faces, same problems, same thing. I hate to get up when I’m asleep because in Puerto Rican Prison they always say: when a brother is sleeping, he is free and that is right. I write all this in Spanish like a poem and I even write about the hole 20 times. They all are not the same stuff. It is good for me because people can read something that is real. . Like I’m living it. Sometime we dream about the past or we dream about stuff that we never have – over and over. I know how to kill time but always one day play hard. I’m ok here in the hole. I get time to realize who is who . I get to realize who is who because of Ms. Peg. Here the hole is the real prison – not the population and when I come here I feel peace (Paz) because I not wanna be here for one year no no, I may do 45 days and on that time I can see clear the people but God do something for something and that is real. When I get out , I, yes, want to think about me – myself. I wrote to the women’s prison so she can find me a girl because I think I need one right now.
I don’t want to take more of your time, if you put me down on the Pen Pal, let me know if ok and if you want to write back is ok too, God bless always, with all my respect.

Now please allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Carlos, but people call me “ziggy” coz I’m short!! “Hey” I might be short, but I got a big heart” I’m funny, open minded and have a good sense of humor, and enjoy writing, reading I like mystery books, making pop-out cards, camping, fishing, having fun, meeting and the most important thing I really enjoys is making people laugh and smile.
Now I know that a lot of people are under the impression that just because we’re in prison we have some how lost our human qualities but, that’s the result of negative propaganda. Not all of us are cut from the same mold. I’m very humble and affectionate… Living behind these walls has become a very lonely experience for me, I need the warmth and companionship a friendship can offer..I need a friend and hope you give me the opportunity to share some thoughts and a few laughs with you!! Writing me… I’m looking forward to meeting you.
Carlos
P.S. It’s true we don’t know what we had until it gone.” But it’s also true we don’t know what we been missing until it arrives.

Dear Lord save me I confess to my sins but the life that I chose is messed up. I rather die then to live this fast life . I analyze my surroundings seeing my people fall victim to the system – 25 years to life is what they giving. I see no evil, speak no evil, hear not evil but all I think is evil. The devil keeps coming at me from both sides. I cant no better yet I wont let him get to me cause I have self pride. But I pray and pray but nothing seems to go my way. Mama always told me a hard head make a soft ass. And that you can make the bed now lay in it. They say knowledge is understanding but so many people don’t have knowledge itself and it’s a shame. Brothers killing each other for nothing instead of coming together as one to fight for out rights and the system for holding us down so long. They tried to destroy us byu throwing us in this helluva place. We need to educate our young so they will be filled with so much knowledge and wont fall face first. I’ve been in the darkness but now I see the light cause it’s never too late to learn new things.

I would like my ad to profile that bad things happen to good people and I am one of God’s people. It was said that he brought you to it, he will bring you through it-well , I was given 16 ½ years in and 13 years out- for 2 counts of reckless endangerment. I was given 14 years in and 10 years out for a car accident and an almost accident. One care crashed into the truck that I was driving and a separate incident which the care said they almost ran into the back of the truck. That one I was charged with two counts but one was thrown out at trial which they all should have been. I also got one count of domestic violence which was for when I slapped my girl friend and one count of disorderly conduct. I’m currently waiting for my appeal which my brief was sent to the courts a week ago. The D.A. on the case was fired for the stuff that he pulled to get me here
I’ve accepted the guilt for the domestic violence and I have identified the problem that I had with drinking alcohol. I’m currently on the list for A.D.O.A. program that is not at the placement where I am . But I am hoping that I can get the treatment that I need cause I would like to be delivered from alcohol. I’m currently at CCI . I am approaching 38 years of age in 4 months. I am alone at this time and would like to have a friend to correspond to . My friends call me Fleet. Hopefully, that someone is you . God Bless you.

Home Town: Houston, Texas Looking for a friend that can last a lifetime. Someone that can tell me the world is still out there, and it's lovely. I've been locked up going on 14 years, and friends and family have faded away. Looking for that friend to make me laugh, smile, and still be positive in the situation I am in. Like all types of music and movies. Writing is one of the things I love because I've learned how to express myself well. I workout to stay in shape, and live healthy . I have a great sense of humor, and love to make people laugh as well. I'm outgoing, fun, with a straight forward approach to life. Anyone willing to be that lifetime friend? If so, please respond so we may get to know one another. Have a great day, and hope your life is filled with laughter and happiness... Sincerely, Eric Reilly
